ATC believes actions make the difference, and applies this philosophy to ensure all personnel are properly trained and that their roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. It is this training and definition that leads to the right action being taken at the right time.

The business culture of ATC is based on “performance contracts” that establish clear and specific goals and objectives – for the company, for the ships, and for individuals. Performance is then measured against the attainment of these goals and objectives. From this simple premise, a mighty tide of focused energy has been set in motion. This energy emanates from the men and women of ATC who safely operate the ships, from the shore staff who manage and measure the business, and from the leadership who set the safety and environmental performance targets as the highest priority of the company.
