ATC’s
Management System is designed to meet specific Marine Safety,
Quality and Environmental (SQE) Management System requirements.
The Company’s management program requires a documented system
for recording, tracking, and responding to relevant communications
that involve SQE issues.
ATC
defines ‘relevant communications’ as communications that
originate from interested parties (i.e., the general public
or public organizations other than Federal, State, and
Local governments), which identify the originator, and
which have legitimate concerns with respect to the Company’s
Safety and Environmental aspects, policies, programs, or
operations. Official communications from Federal, State,
and Local governments are dealt with by operational procedures
for meeting required Rules and Regulations.
If
you wish to submit a relevant SQE communication, click
on the link below to fill out an ATC Safety, Quality, and
Environmental Communication Form. The form can then be
e-mailed to the ATC HSE
Department at HSEGroup@aktanker.com.
