Education:
Art
Balfe attended Michigan State University, where he earned
his BA. He then attened Central Michigan University and
received an MBA.
Experience:
Art
began his career withthe U.S. Navy and then commenced employment
with BP and held various HR and Labor
Relations
assignments
with responsibilities ranging from start-ups (both
domestic and foreign), restructuring organizations and
joint venture formation to contract negotiations and labor
agreement administration.
Prior
to joining ATC, Art was HR Director for two assets in the
BP upstream/downstream portfolio. His experiences include
HR assignments in diverse georgraphic locations including
Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, Houston, Texas and Bogota, Columbia.
